Fall 2013 LSU program...anyone else out there?!

@Chin05 trust me, I know about hard work and working jobs while balancing school. I have done that in my previous degrees and have a part time job now. It is indeed tough, but it can be done, only if it's necessary. I find myself dedicating 12 and 13hrs shifts of straight studying. That may not be the case for all, but it is def the case for me..180 degree life change..for the better

I won't lie that if I don't get in...I'm slightly disappointed knowing girls who got in with a lower HESI score and grades. It's just disheartening. Makes you wonder like "why am I not good enough?"

I understand the "why am I not good enough?" You're better than good you're great someone just happened to get in before you did. If you really want it consider it a minor set back if you didn't get in. Focus on the things you can do to make yourself a better candidate and keep pushing. I know easier said than done, but if it is the case that we didn't get in we just have to shake it off and get ready for the next round of applications.

I got my acceptance letter yesterday and on my first try and I live in Metairie!! Hope the best for everyone!

Emailed the office of student affairs to make sure my address was updated though. So if they confirm they have the correct address chances are I'm good.

I just received my acceptance letter today! Don't give up hope for those who still haven't gotten theirs!

Yes there have been errors with letters going to the wrong address. For instance, I didn't get mine, so they emailed it to me. And then my friend who's home is in Alaska received an acceptance letter with someone ELSE's name on it. Obviously some problems going on here! So don't lose hope! :)

I went doing some research on posts for Spring 2013 acceptance and it seems as if the mailing of letters was a complete disaster. Ppl were getting acceptance letters up until the week before school started. So I'm not gonna give up just yet lol

Don't give up! Mine was supposed to be sent to my home address in New Orleans, but apparently traveled all the way to Baton Rouge and back. I would call the Student Affairs office on Monday to see what's up.

I got my exceptance letter sometime last week for the traditional program.

Letters are a disaster again!! My friend in Alaska received an acceptance letter with someone ELSE's name on it. Call the school!
