Fall 2013 LSU program...anyone else out there?!

and usually around fourish

I got in!!!! I'm from Metaitie area by the way.

Why haven't I gotten anything? :((((

2.5 more hours before I can check my mail... This work day has been dragging and my 16 hour days usually go by fast... If I don't get in I'm just gonna reapply like I did last year :) lol

I really hope I got in. I know a few people who got accepted on their first try for this fall.

Nothing in my mail I feel comfortable enough saying I didn't get in. I live less than 3 miles away from the school. No reason why I shouldn't have gotten a letter yet. Not trying to be pessimistic but it is what it is. Congrats to everyone who did get in though. Hopefully I'll see you all soon :)

You have such an amazing attitude. Most people would not handle it the way that you would, so that says ALOT about your integrity. Let me leave this with you, especially from a person who is passionate about the profession and is a go getter. In due time, it WILL happen!! NEVER give up! Remain focused, and when your time does come, it will be even greater :)

You still could get a letter today!! Don't give up.

Thank you for understanding me lol! I feel like I sent that mass text to you instead of my family and friends. I literally said in due time. They're all more upset than I am but I know I'm awesome I know I'll get in but in due time. I really appreciate the kind words. You can't rush greatness ;)

Thank you..you are more than welcome. Let me assure you that although this is indeed a great school and it is quite challenging to get in, the focus is to stay in and ultimately get out..it's rough, but it's worth the wait and the work :) #notacakewalkhereatall!! So if, and only if the news that you receive is not what you expect, take the time to breath, reflect, and enjoy life while you can because once you are here, your mind frame is totally different and u become the property of a world of non stop studying..

@Heartofachampion I work 2 jobs now and did it before while being a double major. I'm the epitome of a professional student so I know exactly what you mean. And I'm def enjoying the freedom while I can! As for sleep I get about 5-6 hours daily so I'm ready for the hard work and all nighters :). Happy to get some honest perspective from someone currently in the program.

I won't lie that if I don't get in...I'm slightly disappointed knowing girls who got in with a lower HESI score and grades. It's just disheartening. Makes you wonder like "why am I not good enough?"
