Charity School of Nursing spring 2015 assessment sheet

So I just completed my profile sheet for the Spring 2015 Semester. I plan on applying to charity in Aug. I had completed a profile sheet for Fall 2014 to see where I stand. The problem I discovered is that they removed a cumulative total of 10 points so now my profile score is now a 60!!! I am freaking out and I scheduled to take the HESI again to try and get a higher score since that is one of the places they deducted 5 points. I am so afraid that I will not make the cut now and don't know what to do!!! During the fall 2014 semester I am taking my last non-nursing pre-reqs (statistics and a Lit) other than that I have pretty much all the pre-reqs for any and all BSN programs in the metro area. I was wondering if anyone else is in the same situation or has heard if Charity has adjusted the cut-off as well as deducting the 10 points? I've KILLED myself working 72+ hours every 2 weeks overnight in an ER while maintaining a 3.3 GPA (3.00 CSN GPA non-nursing) constantly taking over full time status in school all of this while taking care of my two year old boys as much as I can. This has me so ruffled I don't know what I am going to do. All I keep thinking is that I will never get in now!!! I don't even know if anyone else is going to see this post that is going to be applying with me ??!!! OMG !!!

I Got My Letter, I'm In Spring 2015! Yay! Profile score 65 or 70, 84 on Hesi, Cum. GPA 3.3. I completed all Prereqs. before applying, no prior degree, not an Lpn. Hope this is helpful.

I got my acceptance letter today! Unfortunately I came home from work to find that the two forms needed to be given back we're eaten by my dog. Literally. Is there any way one of you guys who've been accepted could swap emails with me so I can somehow skip on the embarrassment of going into the office to ask for another copy? Please of please!

The only thing salvaged was the actual acceptance letter so it says I need to return the 'Acceptance Confirmation form' and the 'Supplemental Information form.' If there's anything else in the packet that I need could you email a copy also? Thank you so much!

Hey everyone! I had a question about the assessment sheet. For the section that reads:

CSN CURRICULUM REQUIRED RELATE

& GENERAL EDUCATION COURSES

("Completed" means has earned credit for)

Completed both A&Ps and English 101 and

3 credit hours of Math Ex. (120, 130, 203) (10 pts.)

Completed ALL CSN curriculum courses

Except Nursing courses. (15 pts.) ______________

If you have done everything, do you only get the 15 points from "Completed ALL CSN curriculum courses"? Or do you also get the 10 points from "Completed both A&Ps, etc, etc" too?

If you go to DCC.edu click locations --> charity then click prospective students then admission requirements it is the "Academic assessment form" link
