Good Evening,
I started a new job in Sub Acute and I absolutely hate it! Im not sure if I should just give it some time or maybe things would get better. Any new grads feel the same? Im thinking I'll just resign and not waste their time. But it took me way too long to get a job and I cant be without a job

Grow up! Most 1st jobs are hated - LOL.
Seriously, stick with it and get some experience and skills so you can eventually get what you want.
Even experienced nurses often find when changing to a new position that the first 3 months suck. It is hard being the newbie.

I agree. You need to stick it out. You can get so much experience in sub-acute such as central lines, ventilators, medications in general, tube feedings, drips, wounds, organizational skills, time management, prioritizing care... Heck we even had a pregnant woman once...lol. Give it time. When our nurses leave they can go anywhere and shine.
