Hi! I recently wanted to survey the salary of nurses in the Philippines. So here's the format:

Salary (it can be in range form)

Nature of work/Area (E.g. OR/DR Nurse, Company Nurse etc)

Hospital/Institution/Company/Location (Optional: you can be vague and just say Manila or you can be very specific)
