my aunt submit my application form and payed the fees somewhat october 2007, my school send transcript also october 2007 but not at the same day, and mi also submit the fingerprint card november 2007, so in short, all of the requirements are not passed collectively. by that time i don't have yet my license, the problem is, i did'nt submit a letter indicating the reason why i don't have my license yet, i email the [email protected] regarding the confirmation on the status of my application, but they don't have any reply on me, then i send again an email but this time i attach a copy of my license but still nothing happens. what should i do??

it's very stressful!! someone help me please!!:banghead::bluecry1:

sorry i'm confused are you in the philippines right now?

maybe the best thing to do is send them the letter explaining why u don't have the license (local) that time when you submitted your application last 2007 and to be sure attach them the copy of your license but try to send it thru mail not thru email... or ask your aunt to send it to california bon thru mail...

First of all, they do not do anything with your application until it is complete, so you need to base the time to get approval to sit for the exam from when your file was complete. CA does their own credentials eval.

You were also required to submit a letter with the application as to why you did not have a license at that time, or that you were waiting for the license, etc. But you did not submit anything until later on.

When exactly did you submit the letter to them? And when did they receive your application? Did you send it by courier service or regular airmail? Remember that average wait time is four to six months when the file is complete from the beginning.

And do you know how the school sent your transcripts, or that they were ever received in the first place? Never assume that because something was sent, it was received.

I would actually take the time to phone them and make sure it is first thing in the morning when they open.

And remember that we also tell everyone not to go thru CA for initial licensure especially now with the retrogression and the wait of about five years for a chance at a visa, and the fact that letter that you pass is only valid for three years, but that can all be found on other threads here specific to that.

Best of luck to you.
