    Really? Then why is it that i just called some hospitals yesterday and san juan medical told me they are open for volunteer, st.lukes have post grad trainings for only 10,000, ust for 5,000, wcc for 5000 pgh for free volunteer, v. Luna coined it as rn residency but its also volunteer heart center and lung center as well as kidney center for 10,000.. Why is it? Sadly most of them are public hospitals.... And its 2014
