Can you be more specific on what in the memo are you concerned with so that people can properly address your concerns.

The memo reads 2/2008 and usually changes are only effective on those applicants starting on the date it was published.

part of the memo that really concerns me is the first sentence. "your application and fees are being returned"...since I never recieved any news from NMBON since i forwarded my application last aug. 2007. i am concerned that the recent updates that they have made will affect those that has not recieved their ATT yet.I already e-mailed them but so far they have not replied yet.It is quite difficult trying to call them also as there is no one answering the phone and their answering machine is always full.I am actually considering of just applying to Pearson Vue even without knowing what the status of my application is because its already been 5 months and if there were problems regarding my application i should have beeen informed about it already.Do you think im making the right decision?

I would not submit any payment to Pearson-Vue at this time, or be aware that you are risking those funds. Once you submit payment, that money is only good for one year and then it is forfeited if you do not test by then.

Just because it has been five months, there is no reason to take it as being that your credentials have been accepted. Until you hear from them, or any BON; never register with Pearson-Vue.

It is your choice as to what to do, but if you have not heard from NM, then you need to follow up with them first.

I agree with Suzanne. Don't do anything yet. Just wait for their decision and if it has been 5 mos. then you can expect one really soon.

Suzanne and Lawrence thank you so much for the enlightenment..really appreciated..
