For those foreign RN in the U.S. with H-4,B1,B2 visas who expect to pass NCLEX until September '06 with employers waiting to sponsor are they gonna be affected by the coming retrogression?

Is it still retrogression safe to file for a greencard until October?

What are the countries will be affected by retrogression?

Oh...that is terrible. I tried so hard to pass NCLEX in a so short period of time, now have to wait for the retrogression...I am wondering whether it would that affect the speed of getting EAD to work. (I know retrogression means the visa numbers are not avaialbe any more, but how about EAD?)

If you are nursing student who graduated from a US university - retrogression has nothing to do with your EAD. You have applied for your EAD through OPT, correct?

www.uscis.gov - you can check the status of your EAD application there...

No...I don't have OPT anymore. I need the real EAD :o The real one that people get when they are waiting for green card.
