I would have thought the next stage is to do your NCLEX because without you would not be able to work as a RN, you could also look for employment at the same time but they probably will not start petition until you pass NCLEX.

You need to look for an employer next. If you already have a Visa Screen Certificate, this means that you have already passed CGFNS, amd the required English exams if you are not exempt.

Washington is going to be processed out of the California office more than likely, you are looking at around one year minimum time just for the !-140.
Praobably on a truthful scale until you actually have the green card in your hand, you are looking at about two years....................

I am talking about two years from the time that the petition is submitted for you. Do you have a tourist visa for the US? Or some other type of visa that legally allows you to enter the US? If you do, and you go to the US and find a job, then you can have the hospital put in for a change in status for you, and you can begin work in about 90 days. That is when you would receive your EAD letter, which would permit you to work.

If you do not have at least a tourist visa for the US, then you will have to wait until you actually receive your green card to begin working.
