    Dear Suzanne, Thanks a lot for your reply. Does that mean I will get the green card in two years times if I start to look for the employer now? Is it possible to go to the US and work before I got the green card?

    Hi all, :) I just have got the visa screen certificate but haven't taken NCLEX yet. I wonder what I should do next? looking for the employer and file the visa or do I need to take NCLEX first? I already applied to WA Board of Nursing but haven't heard anything back yet. oh! and for how long it would take for the petition for the green card visa? thanks a bunch, xxxx :balloons:
