I enrolled for Computer science for my first sem in college then i shifted to nursing the following sem. Am i considered one of the "2nd courses/shiftees" you mentioned and no longer qualified to apply? thanks!

there is no link at the ncnz website. you have to email the NCNZ directly and ask them if they will accept 2nd courser/shiftees. They are in the best position to answer your question.

Even if you're a shiftee but you did your nursing in purely 4 year nursing then that would be ok with NCNZ. I think they don't like the crash course you get when you're a second courser that you can graduate after 2-3 years of study. Godbless.
