Ca NCLEX passer wants to be endorsed in NC

Hi to everyone,

Can I be endorsed to NCBON with out permanent license from CA only got pass letter? another one is can I use VSC for CES in NC just in case they ask me to do one for my eligibility

please take the time to read the forum. There is a sticky called California for initial licensure, it tells you what you have to do to endorse to another state without hard license. You need to check with the BON about whether they will accept VSC instead of CES, some states already state on their website to whether they will accept it. If they don't then you have to get CES done and would recommend the full course
