Moving to Gulf Countries

Hi Peers! I was wondering if anyone have moved to Gulf from Canda or USA?

It seems so nice to see working in Dubai, Oman or Abudhabi. While searching I found even they have a biggest kids hospital (Jalila hospital, named after king's daughter) and it looks quite decent on linkedin & in Google pictures.

Please please if any leads please help me understand. Totally confused.
