I'll get right to the point.

I have two years experience in SN and I'm burned out!!! Any suggestions on good agencies in NJ with home care cases. Preferably in the East Brunswick/Old Bridge area.

Bayada Home Care is one of the best agencies on the East Coast. Has both private duty shift care branches and intermittent skilled per visit branches.

I do per diem for bayada....skilled visits...and love it...just started in september so I still have a lot to learn..have worked and still work in a hospital for 18 years....but I just interviewed for a full time position with bayada so we'll see

So far I have found bayada to be a great company....everyone seems very nice...communication seems great do far and it sends like there is a ton of opportunity to grow with them.

Greetings nurses.

Do you have any hourly pay info on private duty with Bayada?

Depends on your credentials, experience, area of country, whether basic or high tech experienced (high tech is trach vent ) and if LPN or RN (and any specialty certifications.

Any takers?

I've been with Bayada for several years, they are indeed a good company to work for if you work in home health. It a good idea to take whatever educational classes they offer like trach and vent courses to get top dollar.
