Aside from Nursing, what else do you do?


Hope this is the right forum

Aside from Nursing (or nursing school), what do some of you guys do to relax or take the stress off?

Myself, I regularly skydive (best stress relief ever created ), run and swim, ride motorcycles, and shoot [pistols and rifles] competitively.

How about you?

Besides that, I spend alot of time online, spend time with my family, walk, work a volunteer job one afternoon a week (no responsibilty but it makes me feel good).

I do Taekwondo, nothing like kicking someone in the head when you are frustrated. Or taking all your aggresion out on a punching bag or "Bob" the man like dummy who can be anyone I want him to be.

I sleep all the time. When the comment has been made about it, I do tell people that I'm practicing for when I'm dead.

I like to fly, work on my vintner skills, pet my cats, spend time with my husband, and garden.

I garden and ride my motorcycle in the fair weather. Then I make stain glass in the winter. I also make scrub hats so that I look different from everyone else in the O.R.( Then I make them for everyone else). After work I read to help unwind and I spend all my extra time here.
