- 0Jan 14, '13 by CapeCodMermaid, RNAgain the tendency to paint all LTCs with the same broad brush. I eat the food at my facility. I add salt of course since most is prepared without, but I'd put my chef's lasagna up against that at any Italian restaurant in the city.
And, that was Canada....not Massachusetts! We dont' need a union to help up serve delicious, healthy food.
