    Actually i hate to date myself but i started in nursing when cloth was the only available product in LTC. Studies have proven that cloth is more effective to prevent skin breakdown. Residents are changed more often and they allow the skin to breath. Disposables are very costly though are "convenient". Im kind of liking the idea that someone is taking the initiative to use cloth. Ive been in both worlds and if I were to own my own facility i definetly would go with cloth
