    The best tasting trail mix ever. It's made up with white and dark chocolate chips, peanuts, almonds, cashews, dried cranberries and raisins. It is so yummy.

    Any snack with some protein content is good, because it will keep your blood glucose levels from rising or falling drastically. If your blood sugar levels are stable, concentration and focus seem to increase.

    I make my own trail mix too. I usually start with some pre packaged trail mix, and add a lot more cashews (my favorite nut), dried bananas (favorite dried fruit), white chocolate chips, and GUMMI BEARS.

    Its my study trail mix. I also love beef jerky while studying.

    peanut butter on crackers, or apple slices and cheddar cheese..yum :spin:
    I also like lunchmeat slices wrapped around a bit of cheese..sounds weird, tastes great

    I never snacked while I studied. I'm not coordinated enough to make note cards while stuffing my face so it would have been more of a distraction than anything. Maybe that is what kept me from getting the "nursing school spread" like many of my classmates, lol.

    Nice, good for you. I admit I put on a few pounds during nursing school. Hopefully, I can work it off after the NCLEX.
