Since school has started this past semester...i feel SO uhealthy. I never have time to exercise and i always eat when i study.....WHICH IS ALL THE TIME! I need to MAKE time to run and relieve stress!!:confused: :(

The other day I got a burrito out of the vending machine and she did not say one word about it. I guess she figured if I was starving enought to eat that crap it was better to take 10 and eat than suffer LOL.

We can only leave for lunch on days we have classes.. Yesterday at our clinical site our instructor ordered Pizza and we all chipped in.. well some of us chipped in..lol..

it would be nice to skip the break and leave early :) I'd vote for that !;)

I've lost 25 pounds! I keep picturing myself in that white nursing dress we have to wear for the pinning ceremony. YUKK! I still have 30 to go.

Sometimes I make the mistake of opening a bag of chips or Oreos while craming for a test... After about an hour or so, I take a break and notice that the bag is "empty".....

Uh oh... LOL I absolutely LOVE Oreos and milk. I won't buy them anymore, I looked at the calories of 3 of them and it was too much! Who eats just 3?

Best just to keep them out of the house!

Pack veggies, fruits and other "healthy" choices the night prior to going to school, and take them with you. Also, make an appointment every week that will allow time to exercise. Your health is as equally important as your patients!

I gained about 20 pounds in the first year and 1/2. Finally I got rid of all the chips, soda, and little candies (ok..so I did buy some halloween candy this last week, but I'll only eat a little I promise!). Instead I eat baby carrots, green peppers, and cucumbers with a low fat dip. They are good and fill the gap when I need a munchie or two. Lost about 5 pounds so far. Hope this helps!!

Well I "was" playing Tennis, Spearfishing and walking. Now, I'm studying and studying and studying.....

vsummer1... You are right. I too decided no more Oreos.. So, instead I bought some of the new starburst (sour, sour). I loved them-- ate the whole bag. No more of them either.... I've decided not only no more junk in the house!! I've closed the kitchen permanently.

LOL -- don't know about closing the kitchen, I need it for the veggies!
