Yes, sometimes I feel the burnout just from school but then I think about all that I'm learning, etc. and feel good about that. Learning new things/new experiences every day. In the end it will all be worth it. Try to enjoy the experience.

My clinical mates and I were just discussing this the other day. It seems like no matter how much you sleep, you're still tired all the time. I'm in a constant daze, and everyone at school is always sick. THere is always a test coming up, or one that just passed and you're flipping about how you did. I was always a straight a student and for the sake of sanity, I have graciously decided to give up on that one. I personally still have over a year to go. I have yet to regret my decision, but I do feel as though I will NEVER GRADUATE.
so, no you're not alone..... :chair:

Oh yea! Its been what two years since I started preparing for this. No, I did start 16yrs ago at a community college taking some basic courses for nursing then decided against it. Now here I am still not done but on my way.

At my school the ADRN program is called a two year degree. HAHA. I've been in college since 2001, and yes I've went slow but they take those with all pre reqs done first and then its 2 years of clinicals. I feel like I should be able to at least like call myself a senior, but not until next year. It does go by pretty fast to me though. On most days...

We are all counting down the days until spring break in my program! I am going crazy....I just started crying at work today from the overwhelmingness of it all. It only last a few minutes, but man did I feel better afterwards.
Just hang in there everyone! WE CAN DO IT!!! :)
