does anyone subscribe to any nursing magazines? i am thinking about subscribing but there are quite a few out there. has anyone ever read nursing made incredibly easy magazine? just wondering if it's a good value. i've only seen it online and not in any book stores. i will be starting nursing school in fall 2006.

I have been subscribing to "Nursing " since I graduated from nursing school 12 yrs. ago (!).

Also, there are some free local nursing magazines that I also recieve - Nursing Spectrum and Advance.

I just recieved my magazines yesterday for the first time, I ordered AJN, Nursing 2006, and Nursing made increadibly easy as a bundle package through an online magazine place. I dont remember how much it was, but it wasnt a bad deal at all. I have browsed through them and I like them great so far.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I found some cheap nursing magazine subscriptions at http://www.dpdmall.com. I was a little suspicious at first because the prices were so low, but I decided to give it a try. I order Nursing Made Incredibly Easy a month or so ago and just started receiving the magazine. So sounds like it is legit.

Just an FYI, I had trial subscriptions to a number of the ones shown on that site and they were all either the same price or cheaper when I got them from the magazine publishers themselves. Some by like half! Nursing Made Easy: same price. RN--half.

Maybe check out the websites of the magazines first to see if they've got an offer running?

That's a good point. At the time I order, a 1 year subscription was $13.89. I just checked it now and it's $20, which is the same the publisher charges I believe.
