I basically read it at the book store in 30 min. Browsed through it pretty much. It's a good little book, nothing really new I learned from reading it. I did however, learn a lot about what to expect from school just by looking through this board and the general nursing board.

yah i agree with belladelicious. i bought it from amazon, and it is interesting, but not really any new info if you read what people have to say on this board. if you already know about the multiple choice way of testing in nursing school, then i dont think this book really has that much to offer.

I agree with previous posts. Fun book to read, nothing new....Light on the eyes and mind. However, like Bella said, this board can the same questions and more.

I borrowed it from the library last year. I thought it was a good book to read, and enjoyed it. Not enough to buy it though. One read was good enough.

I really loved the book. She's a total hoot, and I liked it because it has views from real students. What I really liked about it is that it's worth it's weight in gold because of some of the resources she's put in there. Like for a math phobic like me should know for nursing school. I found that part very helpful. There are some other resources in there I'm sure that I'll use one day.

However, I was very disappointed when it arrived from Amazon and saw how "thin" the book was. I'm REALLY going to have to do a bit more research before I buy anymore books online. I think it was worth buying this book, though.

I agree. It's a decent little book, but doesn't tell you anything that you couldn't learn online for free.

I read it before I started nursing school and although I'm surviving, I would hardly say that I love it!
