So today I had my Pharmacology final at 0800. The final question on my exam was as follows:

The "heart" is often considered the center of emotions. Which of the following movies tugged at your heartstrings the most?

A.) King Kong

B.) When Harry Met Sally

C.) You've Got Mail

D.) Gone With the Wind

E.) Fill in your own answer

It was fitting because our exam covered Cardiac, Diuretic, and Endocrine drugs and made me leave the exam feeling a little more relieved. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I know it wouldn't be fair for professors to give us all the answers, but I think it's kinda sweet.

My answer, for the record, was "March of the Penguins". :)

What a cool instructor! My answer would have been Steel Magnolias.

Aweeee, I hope we have one of those today at 1400. I would have said....Hope Floats.

Please hurry up 1400, I know I am a total.....:angryfire:barf01::devil::flamesonb on exam days and the days leading up to it. On top of it......it is THAT time for me...:o

To my family......I Am SORRY!!!! Please try to love me and put up with me for 30 more weeks of nursing school.

I think I studied myself into having bronchitis. Oh wait, I think I am having some type of dysrhythmia......forget it, BRING the CRASH CART!!!

The coolest part is that she's my advisor too and one of my potential teachers for Med-Surg next semester. She's the one prof that I've noted who really cares about how we're all doing this semester. She even consoled us before the exam by announcing that no one in our class was in danger of failing and to just take it easy. She also gave us the answer for 2 questions that asked the same thing.

*HUGS* Good luck! I'm sure you'll probably do just fine, if you've survived the semester thus far.

I feel that whole "studying one's self into disease" thing. It's more when I study psychology, but I've self-diagnosed myself with sleep apnea already this semester as well as cluster headaches and a variety of weird things.

Okay, okay, that one is mine too! I feel a misty eyed thinking about that movie.

Specializes in Home Health.

When I took General Psychology, the instructor had a bonus question on one of his tests asking what Pavlov named his dog. Of course, that info wasn't given in class and he would take any name we came up with. I answered: Bubba.;)

Specializes in LTC.

Great question. My answer would've been "A Charlie Brown Christmas" since we saw it just last night, our traditional holiday viewing, along with "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". I love family traditions. :)

i loved fried green tomatos and stepmother the one with julia roberts your teacher sounds awsome!

Sonds like a great instructor. Too bad more are not like that. Can't think of which movie I would say. There are more than one.

I wonder if they would have lowered my grade for putting "I can't decide between Scarface and Blackhawk Down"?
