should i wait a year and try to get into an LVN program?

should i try to reapply to another rn nursing school and wait for a semester?

should i go to a CSU and try something completely new?

i honestly don't know what to do with my life.

i'm screwed. please help.

I agree, grieve and then really look inside to see if this is what you want to do and have the capacity to do. If you decide then to continue to pursue nursing..than the LPN route is not a bad thing. I became a LPN at age 42 and will have my RN by December. It was nice being a LPN for awhile. I learned to be more assertive and could learn my job without worrying about being a leader too. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Have you ever worked in a hospital? How about working as a CNA. That's where I got a lot of experience from. I did that for 4 years. Then go back for your RN. Might be easier.
