CNA at 17; I'll be 18 (nearly 19) when I start LPN school in June, 19 when I finish the next May.

Most of the RN students who came through on clinical in September were in their mid-thirties.

i started when I was 26.. Nursing was my second degree. At first I was scared, and a little embarassed, but most of the people in my class were cool and I made a few really close friends.. Hope that helped..

I started nursing school at 18 dropped out to have 2 children. Returned at the age of 29 for my AAS & graduated at 32. Continued with a BSN & graduated 20 yrs after my high school graduation at the age of 38. I worked full time nights & went to school full/part days & evenings. I joke it took me 10 years to get a 4 year degree but I graduated both degrees with honors.
