I found this documentary on Youtube...its produced by an RN! I'm just starting to watch it now but so far it looks really great!

It also follows an RN around for a day during the documentary

im on part 3 and its literally the BEST documentary or news piece that I have ever seen on the nursing shortage...it really lays it out like it is!
