RN to BSN

Has anyone done a RN to BSN program? I graduated in June and have been thinking about going back for my BSN. I have been working in a substance abuse program and feel that furthering my education is a definate. I just want to know what to expect from the BSN program, is it extremely difficult? Was the program flexible? Any info would be appreciated!
