I am happy that it only took me 2 hours to get this correct - this is the ultimate pathophysiology page - This lady also writes a nursing drug handbook - published by prentess-hull - authors are shannon, m; wilson, b; stang, c. Great book - the 2003 edition is out - cost about 30 dollars. Nurses Drug Guide.
