OH Yeah, I had it all together

I usually work 3-11. Each day I work I wake up with a list of things to do before I go to work. Yesterday I was really feeling good. Went down my list and completed all my task. That does not usually happen. When I was walking from the parking lot to the ER entrance I said to myself, "WOW lady, you really had your act together today". Just then I glanced down at my feet and realized my shoes did not match. :imbar

"Mama said there'd be days like this, there'd be days like this my Mama said."

Yep don't you just love when things like that happen? At least you know you aren't alone. :chuckle

Put my bra on inside out (don't even know why I didn't realize it will putting it on) - but didn't realize it until end of day when I couldn't un-do it!

Another time at work, the underwire in my bra broke loose and sneaked up through the V-neck in my scrub top. I didn't notice it until it curled out almost the entire way - poking me in the chin!

some of these stories are really funny, nice to have someone to laugh with

Sometimes I wonder if I've got early Alzheimers or something...hehehe...I actually picked a girlfriend up for a lunch date, and drove to a restaurant to find I was BAREFOOT.....and she NEVER lets me forget it either. :imbar :rotfl:

I still remember the time my mother went to church, hung over out of her gourd, in her fuzzy blue house slippers! :chuckle

Speaking of the 3-11 shift, working those hours generally prevents the kind of things that happen when one has to get dressed in the dark of the early morning.......like putting on two entirely different shoes (both white, both same brand and style, but one had blue stripes and the other was plain). Or forgetting to brush one's hair (I pulled THAT little stunt once when I was doing 7-3 clinicals.....I never was a morning person, but that was bad even for me). Or getting to work and finding you've buttoned your snap-front top all askew. :imbar

Bwaaaaaaaaahahahaha !!! :rotfl:

I did that last year... got up early to go to WMart before teh crowds.. reached into the closet, grabbed my shoes, and off I went.

While I was browsing the aisles in the store, my feet and legs felt funny.. they weren't working right.. like one leg was longer and dragging...

Yep. Much to my dismay I had on one navy shoe with a higher chunk heel, and one flat black shoe............ :imbar :imbar
