Non-bedside nursing jobs- what's out there?

I've been working 3 jobs and I'm exhausted (mentally and physically). I do both LTC and home health. I'm to the point where I'm ready to leave bedside nursing altogether. Anyone know what's out there for an RN (who used to be an LPN) as far as non-bedside nursing? Most of what I've looked into requires a master's degree (informatics, research, education, etc). I love wounds, but there are very few jobs in my area for wound care nurses. I've played with the idea of getting the master's, but there are only so many ADN to MSN programs out there. (I don't want to mess with the bachelor's if I'm eventually going to get the master's anyway.) What else is out there?

I know a nurse who works, from home, for an insurance company -- she has something to do with determination of claims. I met a nurse on vacation who also works from home, somehow providing info to cancer patients on the phone. There are nurse paralegals who work for personal injury firms, in toxic tort litigation (defense), and other areas. There are RN attorneys as well. There are also legal nurse consultants -- that tends to require 3-5 years bedside nursing experience (in this area, anyway). There are community health nurses. Oh, I know another nurse who is the company nurse for a large pharmaceutical company. She has an office in the building and works business hours. Nice gig if you can get it!

hi. may i know how the company nurse applied in the pharmaceutical company and where? do they require hospital experience or they accept newly licensed nurse? hope for your reply. thanks!
