I have an opportunity through my work to receive one free textbook. Since I am currently working in college health and psych, one of those topics would be fine, or any other personal favs you may have. If you were in my shoes, what would you order?

Thanks for any brainstorms! :)

My favorite isn't actually a nursing textbook but I LOVE the Merck Manual

Another one I have is a compilation of Frank Netter's anatomical drawings. I can't recall the name of the book though. It makes it so easy to show someone what you are referring to.

Brunner/Suddarth is great. I use to call that book my man because I carried it everywhere during nursing school.

I agree with Teshiee. I love my Brunner and Suddarth Med Surg. book I find myself reading about things we aren't even covering in class yet. Its very well written and it explains every thing.
