i have question can we mix diclofenac ,zofran, vitamin b complex and vitamin c together in same iv bag??

Whether they're compatible or not isn't the main issue, the bigger issue is that would involve a number of bag accesses that isn't legal outside a licensed compounding facility.

Oh this is absolutely not the appropriate place to be asking this question. Talk to your facility's pharmacist.

I wouldn't even care if they are compatible. We are not allowed to mix our own bags. Everything come from pharmacy. I check whatever is our online comparability resource that is linked on our MAR. Some can be Y-site compatible, but like I said I would never put them all in one bag. Vit b is light sensitive, Zofran can be given IV push

That just seems like an accident waiting to happen. If they have a reaction, how are you going to know which one it is?

I am thinking this must be a student asking this question.
