How Many Prereqs are Too Many?

Nurses General Nursing

I have just finished my initial enlistment in the US Air force and am now beginning my path to becoming a nurse. My ulitmate goal is to become an Air Force flight nurse, so I felt it better if I left the military and become a full time student.

I start classes in the fall and I wanted to get as many prereqs knocked out as soon as possible without hurting my GPA. Would it be too difficult to Intro to Psychology, Intro to Sociology, and Human Growth & Development in the same semester? I heard that these classes are all fairly easy depending on what institution they are taken. I also intend on taking either English Comp 2 or Theatre just to make the full 12 credits for the semster.

For those who have taken these classes before is it possible to take theses classes and maintain a good grade in all of them? If not, what would you recommend?

Cake. Do it. 12 hours is very very doable especially those classes

Easy! But make sure intro to psych isn't a pre req for growth and development

They aren't hard classes. I've taken all three. I will say that in the school that I took them, each of them had a fairly long final paper due as well as many papers throughout the semester for all of them. If I had done them all at once I'd be swamped in writing papers. But it is doable.

That sounds like a basic schedule most college freshman would take - no big. Good luck!

I also wouldn't suggest you leave all your hard classes at the end. You don't want to be left with A&P, Chemistry, and Microbiology at the end! Just my :twocents:
