Goosebumps on face?????

Hey everyone,

I've had goosebumps on my face twice today. Actuall bumps. You can feel them with your hands. It feels tight, like when your get them on your scalp or the back of your neck.

Has anyone every heard/experienced this? I've also had a migrane (1st one in 6yrs:angryfire ) for the past 3 days, don't know if that could cause them.

anyway, thought this was really weird and would see if ya'll know something.

Do you have a rash with the bumps or any itching? Do you notice your eyes watering more or a need to clear your throat more often?

No rash, they kind of tingle-itch, but not bug-bite itch. I have had a tickle in my throat all day, thought it might be allergies.

Also they're only on the left cheek area.

Any ideas?

Sounds kind of like hives to me. At least that's what mine were. They were just bumps, not red, but itchy. They came on all of a sudden, but lasted a couple of days. Benadryl was my drug of choice.

Get thee to a doctor, if you haven't already. My step-son's girl friend had large bumps on her face (and other areas of her body), and it turns out they're due to a dangerous condition called sarcoidosis:

Well, there not there anymore. They go away just like goosebumps on your arm or leg. I haven't taken any meds except tylenol, haven't eaten anything different.

Do you think I should see the doc anyway?

If you're concerned go see a doctor but don't panic dispite what anyone says. You won't know until you see a doctor.
