Drug Screening via Hair Strand Testing

Anyone ever had to do this? I understand it is still very expensive, but so was DNA testing at one point and now it is relatively inexpensive--depending on the purpose. The more something is in demand, usually, the cheaper it becomes.

I had to have one done years ago for my automotive job. I was told back then the hair strand test can tell a lot about a person; whereas, a urine drug screen doesn't say a whole lot. Seems to make more sense to use the hair test.

I had to do a mouth swab last week after an interview. I had never done one before & my mouth was so dry I don't think I produced enough saliva for the test.

For a drug screen?

Yes indeed :) Ive only done urine tests in the past. Im not on drugs or anything but I was a little surprised that they do the swab instead of urine.
