Hello and Merry Christmas to everyone!

I thought about sharing this story to you today. Nothing really fancy just want to share it.

I was chatting with my girlfriend's family today and her sister said, "Hey, you should have been at our church last night."

Her dad interjected saying, "Oh yes, the priest got in to an accident or something before the mass because he was wearing a sling. The priest said, 'If there's any RN in the church, please see me after the mass,' and then he continued on with the mass but without the homily." He said that the priest was serious when he said that.

One big brownie point for the nurse/s (moi)!

Hey Y'all

Reminds me of a cartoon I saw years ago. A big lecture hall/audiorium--banner over the stage: "MEDICAL ASSOCIATION MEETING"--huge crowd--someone collapsed on the stage--a group gathered around the 'down' person. Someone stands up and grabs a microphone: "Is there a NURSE in the house?!"

Still grinning after all these years...
