I think I am going to need to medical attention for my ankles because I took today easy and spent most of the time without shoes and actually had a harder time walking barefooted, and they still hurt. Any other suggestions?

HAVE YOU TRIED AN ANKLE SUPPORT??? I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT THEY'RE CALLED, BUT THEY HAVE SOME THAT ARE MADE OF ACE WRAP MATERIAL AND GO JUST TO THE ANKLE OR MID CALF.

AND REMEMBER, IT MAKE TAKE A FEW DAYS OF TREATING THEM BEFORE THEY START FEELING BETTER.

Well I have learned there are many types of ankle braces sicne I first fell and hurt this. Recently I have been using a brace/support made from neopreme (by ACE brand bandages) that wraps around the ankle. Very good for compression and decent support. But I am afraid I have over used it in that I have heard these things can make the ankles weaker and more prone to injury. So long as I have at least tennis shoes on, I have an easier time than walking barefooted. So I simply do not know what is going one with my ankle right now. Also where I work I am spending a lot of time (most of the time) on my feet which is not helping the situation at all. Suffice to say, I am considering looking for another job elsewhere.
