Crocs Rx models

Published

Has anyone tried the new crocs Rx models - specifically the Relief model, which is almost identical to the Professional model but is supposed to have a softer footbed and a more flexible upper.

I bought my first pair of crocs recently (Endeavour model, with NO vents) and they were more comfortable than I could have imagined, but they were TOO HOT and my feet sweat because of no ventilation. So I went to Crocs to order the Professional, but saw the Relief ones and ordered them instead. They are also supposed to run a tad wider in the toe box, and my wider guy feet may fit better in these.

Just wondering if anyone had first-hand experience comparing the newest models to the originals.

Thanks!

No, but keep us posted. I love the Mary-Janes because they're cute, but really, they're too narrow for me.

I only have the beach model. They are wonderful. I walked and walked in Disney World until I thought my legs would fall off but my feet felt great!

I happen to have these, bought the silver cloud RX model and LOVE LOVE LOVE them! The toe box is roomier and the higher back is a bonus protection too. I have been plagued with heel spurs and these shoes were a welcome relief. I have spent big money on shoes in the past and this was the best 40.00 I have EVER spent!

I have the Crocs RX relief model and am a huge fan! After spending many hours on my feet, I don't have any pain. Usually my feet start to hurt after a few hours standing on hard surfaces as my arches collapse. Not anymore though!

I got them shipped free and less than the normal $40 with discounts from a site called the Orthotic Shop.

Like a previous poster said, best $40 you can spend for your feet!

I have a pair of Rx Crocs (from the podiatrist) and I live in them around the house. They are the first thing my feet touch when I get out of bed. They have holes so I can't wear them to work, and they're not for working out, but for everything else they ROCK!

I would like to purchase crocs but do not know where you find all the different styles mentioned? Online or in stores? I have spent so much money on everything from Dansko to Merrill's - are crocs any better?

Thanks.

I ordered mine from Crocs.com, not sure if you can buy the RX models in the stores? Check the store locator on the website, I am sure you can find someplace near you that you can shop.

A word of caution, I only get the Crocs, not the lookalike ones.

:bowingpur Thanks Lori. I spend long, long hours on the unit and will try the Crocs. I just gave away a new pair of Dansko's (worth $125.00). Pretty expensive lesson! :twocents::twocents::twocents::twocents: :o

My future husband was injured in Iraq...land mine. He's had extensive foot surgery, and went through many ortho shoes. He tried Crocs and now is able to walk without a cane! He showed them to his Surgeon and was told they were an excellent choice. He now walks 2 miles a day without so much as a limp! He tried on an old pair of his ortho shoes and started limping within an hour. He's in Crocs all the time now.

I know this is not on the topic of shoes, but please give your fiancé my thanks for his service.

Ok, back to shoes...
