    Miami area starts at $26 new grads shift differential about $ 7 night shift (11p-7a)

    I left the state for better pay in MI last Nov, after 4 yrs with the same hospital I was base of 20.80 and clinical ladder there gave me 1$ but only for a year then I had to reapply and jump through a dozen hoops on my off days.

    Yes, depending on where you are, to make more money you can work PRN for another hospital or nursing home

    I haven't seen anyone at Kendall Regional practicing as a GN. They do hire new grads. Starting pay is $24.50 - $25.55
