Hello all HCC Fall 2011 hopefuls! I have been following the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 threads and thought maybe it was time to start Fall 2011 now that the application process has started.

I just turned my application in this past week and received my confirmation notice in the mail. Anyone else out there that has turned in their application?

What are your plans over the next 8 months to prepare for the first semester (provided we get in)?

thanks so much! yes I'm in Tampa...close to the airport...I hope we ALL get good news! My dad lives close by and I have him stalking the mailman too...Lol poor guy!

My mail just ran and nothing again! I seriously don't know how much longer I can stand this!

They have their mail but no letters.

seriously?!? this is horrible! I can't wait another 4 weeks to find out...I haven't slept in weeks as it is!

Hey guys, i just got of the phone with HCC's nursing dept. and the young lady said that she is "pretty" sure that the generic letters hadn't gone out yet. Granted, the letter are sent from admissions but she said that the the transition students received their letters because their program begins a lot sooner than ours. That being said I emailed MF and MG to see what is up. MF handles them normally but she's been out on sick leave and some one else is working in her place (the name of which she did not release to me lol) but idk... I'm thinking that last year they got letters on TUe and Wed. so I'm trying to follow that logic. I just can't believe we get letters mid-april... no way. And she said that there were a lot of people that applied this time LOL... anyhow if anyone gets a reply email or info plz post it up for us... I was so anxious i couldn't even focus in class and had to leave to get my letter LOL (horrible i know) but whenever i get a new response I WILL post the email!

Lunesta is the only thing that helps me Kristen! I would be a zombie without it. These past two months have been miserable, stressing out over documents being received or not received, wondering if they'll calculate my grades correctly or if I'll have to appeal, etc., etc.! I'm shocked that I haven't gained any weight with all of the comfort food I've consumed over this.

I know from several people that the letters were sent out last Thursday or Friday... WTH?? they should be here already!! anyone know if its a big envelope or what??

Thank you for calling! I was just looking up the info to call them myself! I'm sure they had a ton of applicants this semester but that's all the more reason to be worried!

What the heck??? They were telling people last week that the letters had been sent!!
