Just a thread for the applicants of Rady Children's hospital RN Residency for October 2017. My first choice was NICU and second choice was heme-onc! Has anyone heard anything?

I finally got an application update! Just that I moved past the initial review. Hopefully they're starting to get through the applications & we will hear back soon!

Does anyone here know how the application process is done? Is there a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview? Any answer is appreciated! :)

Mine changed today too... hopefully that means they'll be calling out for interviews! More waiting. Good luck everyone.

I don't think they typically do phone interviews. I believe they do panel interviews and some units do two rounds of interviews.

The ones who had the status change, which unit did you guys applied for???? I have not gotten an update yet :(

I applied for ed and nicu. Which day did you apply? Maybe they just haven't made it all the way through all the applications yet.
