Do you really use your books after school?

Just sitting here looking at my bookshelf and wondering how much I'm potentially really going to be using these books after I'm done with school. I held onto my engineering books when I finished that degree, convinced I would be using the books for reference out in the "real" world. Never once was a book even cracked. Now having access to Amazon for selling books, I can't help but think of the potential money in my hands versus sitting on my shelves in the form of books I may never use again. Most of the information could be found online somewhere, right? Or in a reference book kept on the unit? I just don't know.

So, I ask you... do you use yours?

I do use the books I like and the books that relating to my work specialty. But it's just me. Now everything is on the internet, hospitals keep extra copy of the floor, and PDA usage so it might not be absolutely necessary to keep your books. I sold most of mine but I keep Med Surge, critical care, and patho. Hope it helps!
