I completed 22 out 31 general education credits and all the nursing exams with Life Span 3 passed yesterday! All this was completed in about 5 months! I spoke to my advisor and she told me to look out for an email which will direct me on how to register for the January FCCA! I'm so excited to be one step closer to being an RN (hope to have license in hand by next Fall). Happy dance!:cat:

Mrstookielpn: I need to complete a humanities course, the math requirement, and an elective. I plan on taking the humanities course through Penn Foster (Art Appreciation) and will probably CLEP the other two courses. I'll probably knock these classes out while I wait to start the CPNE. How are your Excelsior studies going?

BarbaraNM: My routine was as follows: I completed the 22 gen ed credits from the end of June through the middle of October. During this time, I had also completed Transitions, Health Differences, Health Safety. I really wanted to make the FCCA by January, so I decided to go full speed ahead and knock out the remaining 5 nursing exams at the end of October. I took the remaining 5 exams over 5 weeks, one exam a week, using only studygroup 101 study guides as study material. I really like studygroup 101. Highly recommended.

SLOW! I have some serious ADD issues. But I'm starting to see the finish line, I'm currently on Life Span 1 (testing 12/6) only have Life Span 2&3 left I am shooting for the March FCCA since I won't make the January one. I'm getting close.

That's incredible! I also started the program mid-June. I've completed all my prereq's (except the info lit course) and 5 of the 8 nursing classes. I'm working on the LS ones now. I felt like I was flying through it, but now I think I should've used your plan. Good luck with the fcca.
