Hi everyone!
I am really into health through nutrition and would love to open my own juice bar, serving smoothies and wheat grass etc
Does anyone know of start up costs associated with opening something like this?
I imagine its a lot
If you have any advise or know to pint me in the right direction I would be thankful:)

I'm all for it! Financial backers would be the way to go.

Are you talking something along the lines of a mobile cart/kiosk set up somewhere? Or leasing a space and the equipment?
I ran a frozen yogurt shop years ago and the business was sold for ~75,000. The space was leased, but this included all of the equipment, furniture, and incidentals.
Great idea! How did you go about it?

the united states small business administration has great info on starting a new business. check out what's available in your community.

This is something i am not able to do right now, but something I defintely want to do in my near future.
I am going to check that link out and start educating myself!

just to add my +1 to this comment. your local sba will have a program called "score". it is a "mentor" type program with volunteering businesspeople (some active, some retired) who help you put together your business. an outstanding resource, to be sure.
