Thank you all so much for your advice, it worked!! I passed with a 105!! Gasparis DVDs though dated were enough, along with the pass CCRN CD questions. Also took the Allegro Reviews CCRN review, it was super helpful! It was a 2 day conference that was nothing but answering a practice question, spending 5 min talking about the rationale and then going to the next question, highly recommended.
Again thanks for your tips, they worked!! For those of you studying out there, if I can pass using these materials and working in a tiny po-dunk community hospital ICU, you can too!!!
