I would imagine that it would be hard to keep a union up and running when there are nurses who don't have to pay and don't pay dues. Keep the unions in Cali, we don't need them here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yes we do - I, for one, am tired of the politics, favoritism, differences in pay, etc. that is rampant here. Although I no longer work as a nurse, I am still active in NNOC and hope to see more Texans wake up to the fact that we cannot do it alone unless we want to be taken advantage of just like we have been.
