I also applied , did you guys get the questionnaire once you applied, i have not received anything yet , i tried emailing the recruiter but the email addresses is wrong and keeps getting rejected.

If you are talking about the behavioral questionnaire, yes. It immediately followed the application.

Nope!! I find it amazing that they still do a panel interview and an interview with the nurse manager after this. I feel like these are interview questions. SIGH!!

Just wondering - did you guys submit the other requested documents as well? Resume, transcripts, essay etc.? If not, are you planning to submit it with this questionnaire? Thanks!
