Hi! For those that got into a CSU BSN nursing program, do you mind sharing with me your stats (gpa, teas, points)? I will be applying soon and am EXTREMELY nervous I won't get into any programs. Your info would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you have any tips or school/program suggestions, I would love that! Thank you!

RunBabyRun, which school are you attending? I'm a veteran applying to nursing schools right now as well.

Wow your stats were amazing! Mine aren't as good ): But I am looking into Stanislaus but I doubt my chances of getting accepted so I might not apply.

So you're not going to apply at Stan state cause you doubt that you can get in? I hope you're not applying that mentality to all the state programs, I assure you almost every other CSU is more competitive.

I got into chico's this semester with 89 points. They're on a point system...the cutoff was 87. Good luck!

Honestly, I'm starting to rethink nursing. It's what I love but my grades isn't as good as all those people that have gotten in ):

Congrats! I currently go Chico and will be applying for next spring if my grades and teas are good! Good luck in the program!

I'm at Sonoma State. Long Beach also takes vets that qualify, or at least they did when I applied 3 years ago. You might try contacting different programs to see which ones take vets even if they're not competitive. Good luck!

I got into Chico State 2.5 years ago. I was number 15 on the wait list and I got in. I also applied to Sac State and I was number 60 on their wait list and didn't get it. My GPA was probably like 3.3 or something and I got a 91% on my TEAS. I didn't do any studying for it. If you're starting to rethink nursing now, believe me, it doesn't get any easier!

Wow you did amazing on your TEAS! I'm studying like crazy right now with the ATI Study Book to hopefully score a 90+!

Hello! What nursing program are/were you in?
