No problem :)I graduated a year later than my original cohort so I have heard a lot of interview situations for all the major SD hospitals.I believe Scripps asks personality and "situation" type questions: name a time you disagreed or had a conflict with a coworker and how you handled it; your strengths; your 5 year plan, etc.

What if you've never disagreed or had any conflict with a coworker cause you "get along with everyone," like I do? Maybe say something like, "If I did have a conflict with a coworker, I'd ask to speak to them in private to resolve the issue..." Anyone have other ideas?
Btw here are my answers:
1) external
2) no experience other than clinicals & an internship at Scripps Encinitas
3) 30s
4) BSN May 2011
5) CSUSM, low 3ish GPA
6) local
7) talentmine answers:
motivation - 15%
interaction - 34%
cognition - 26%
execution - 25%
8) got an email for an interview for thurs 31st @1pm

The best advice I can give is to be honest and be yourself....have you ever resolved a conflict for others? I bet you're a good communicator and that's why you do not have conflicts with others...so say that :)
Thanks for the suggestion BooBear!
Anyone else who interviewed last time have any tips as to what they're looking for? Are they looking for strong customer service & empathy/compassion, or more of being a strong leader and assertiveness type stuff?
Good luck to us all who interview tomorrow and next week!

luckybella: thanks for that info. Where did you find it out?
What types of questions should we prepare for this interview? Does anyone have experience with the Scripps interview process?
Thanks everyone!! and good luck
The HR rep told us today. Definitely prepare for behavioral interview questions. Good luck!
Thank you! Did they say when we'd be finding out who is chosen? Ahh, the waiting game ;-)
Yup. Expect to hear by June 20th. Pretty nervewracking!
