Register Today!- May 24, '12 by RN2012BSNYeah, my email said that it would be a 30 min interview with a panel of 5 managers from the various Scripps hospitals.
Anyone know what types of questions they might be asking us? - May 24, '12 by CorianderQuote from BooBear0306Thank you so much for this bit of information. I was wondering how so many of us have the same interview time!Just got the email for an interview! From what I've heard it's like a big cattle call with various tables representing various departments.

Thank you so much for this bit of information. I was wondering how so many of us have the same interview time!
I graduated a year later than my original cohort so I have heard a lot of interview situations for all the major SD hospitals.
I believe Scripps asks personality and "situation" type questions: name a time you disagreed or had a conflict with a coworker and how you handled it; your strengths; your 5 year plan, etc.MyNameRN likes this. - May 25, '12 by kv07Quote from ICU-RN2007Thank you! I just got my email today for an interview on the 6th but I am passing it up for someone who really does have an interest in adult care. Thanks.Scripps does not have inpatient peds.

- May 26, '12 by AlliCat23OMG! I just read my email. I have an interview on June 6th at 12:30. I can only pray that I will take my NCLEX at the end of July. My school won't post the BSN until July 2nd. I've heard that the turn-around time with the BSN to approve testing takes from 3-6 weeks. That would be a bummer if I miss the Aug 13th deadline. Oh well, not much I can do but keep positive. Good luck to everyone! And don't despair if you haven't rec'd an interview email, yet. Give it another week.
Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend!

Renee - May 26, '12 by Av03Got the interview email as well. Had a couple classmates that were internal candidates the last time around. None had RN license at the time of interview and were not offered jobs. I wasn't fortunate for a first round interview last time, so hoping for the best on June 4th.
- May 29, '12 by patient RNQuote from BooBear0306What if you've never disagreed or had any conflict with a coworker cause you "get along with everyone," like I do? Maybe say something like, "If I did have a conflict with a coworker, I'd ask to speak to them in private to resolve the issue..." Anyone have other ideas? No problem
